Customer Relations - Shipping Information
Your items will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after you place your order.
If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will try again the next day. Should this reoccur, they will leave a note stating the nearest branch to pick-up your order. If you don't have the opportunity to go to this branch within 3 days of delivery, your order will be returned to us by the shipping company.
Receiving your order
To avoid any (unlikely) problems, we recommend that you check your order upon receiving it. If the item(s) is defective or has been damaged during shipment, you may return the package with the courier who delivered it to you free of charge.
Depending on your location, the time of delivery may vary between 24 hours and 96 hours after shipment. The delivery time is 24 hours to the central regions, except for force majeure.

Exchanges & Refunds
At Silk and Cashmere, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.
Our Returns Policy
Conditions for our return policy are as follows;
- All items must be returned unused and with their original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
- The shipping of all defective and damaged items that are a result of our error is fully covered by Silk and Cashmere.
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
- For exchanges; please include a note specifying the item you want to exchange your order with. For refunds please include a note explaining the reason of your cancellation.
Canceling Your Order
- Should you decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded via your original method of payment.
